Danny believes in food for everyone, accessibility is important for him and what he brings to your table. His restaurant is completely gluten free with many plant based dishes to accommodate many dietary restrictions.

About Charlie. Chef Danny was introduced to the Ottawa valley by his sister moving with her family to Golden lake 7 years ago. This included their one of a kind long hair chihuahua Charlie. While Chef Danny was away in newfoundland for the 2024 summer season. Charlie was unfortunately taken from us by an on coming car on highway 60. This
About Charlie. Chef Danny was introduced to the Ottawa valley by his sister moving with her family to Golden lake 7 years ago. This included their one of a kind long hair chihuahua Charlie. While Chef Danny was away in newfoundland for the 2024 summer season. Charlie was unfortunately taken from us by an on coming car on highway 60. This changed Chef Danny's aspirations and decided to "slow down" to be closer to family and add to the community close to them. This has helped create a ripple effect of nurture and care for others which Chef Danny hopes to strive for with his restaurant Charlie's Eatery
